The restaurant Le Club Chasse et Pêche is making its mark as a leader of Quebec fine cuisine. It is one of the first restaurants to offer deluxe comfort food, combined with the elegant cuisine of Chef Claude Pelletier. This fame is due to the relentless work and exuberant passion of its two majority owners, Chef Claude Pelletier and partner Hubert Marsolais. They like to couple exquisite dishes with friendly service to relish satisfaction and good memories every time. Their secret ingredient: passion that inspires and brings respect and admiration.

Le Club Chasse et Pêche is flourishing on the Montreal dining scene. Born in Rivière-du-Loup, Claude Pelletier is a passionate artist strongly inspired by Alsatian chef Marcel Kretz. The talented Mélanie Blouin will be at his side this evening. A graduate of the Institut de tourisme et d’hôtellerie du Québec, she met Claude Pelletier in 2001 and has been there ever since. At Le Club Chasse et Pêche for 12 years, she has been head chef since 2008.

On this special occasion, Le Club Chasse et Pêche is celebrating this culinary experience which accent the values of its owners: sharing and pleasure. This feast will be one of delicacy and zest, from start to finish as the duo colludes to ensure you experience an exceptional culinary delight.

HOST

Actress and talk-show host Julie du Page played in several television series in Québec, including Lance et Compte, and in movies around the world. The mother of two is also a writer, a blogger, a columnist, and the host of Ma musique au travail on Rouge fm from 8:30 am to 11:30 am every weekday. Despite her busy schedule, she finds the time to get involved in charities. The cause of heart disease is particularly important to her because in 2011 she underwent a procedure in electrophysiology. Ambassador for the Foundation for more than four years now, she’s a precious and an incredible supporter. She was a spokesperson for Dare2Kiss, the master of ceremonies at the 2014, 2015 and 2016 Quebec Heart Cocktails, provincial spokesperson for the 2015 Walk and Run for Heart as well as ambassador to the media. For our great pleasure, Julie will be hosting the Caring Hearts Dinner once again this year.
